The Greater Naples Dog Club is a not-for-profit organization dedicated to promoting the health, well-being, sport and companionship of purebred dogs. We champion the study, ethical breeding for type and function, training, and exhibiting of purebred dogs, work to protect the rights of all dog owners while embracing the purebred dog as a family companion. Through competitions, educational programs, and community engagement, we aim to foster responsible dog ownership and celebrate the unique bond between dogs and their owners.
To promote the training and quality breeding of pure-bred dogs; to disseminate knowledge regarding obedience training; to conduct classes for the training of dogs and their handlers; to encourage the training of judges; to encourage and co-operate with individuals and other groups with similar purposes; to hold and support obedience trials, tracking tests, exhibitions, matches and shows under the rules and regulations of the American Kennel Club; to promote cooperation and good sportsmanship among its members in the training and exhibition of dogs; to protect the rights of all dog owners and to encourage responsible dog ownership.
